Learn How To Learn

Hello there!
I just watched a video from Jerome Polin channel on Youtube and he was make a collaboration video with Gitasav as we know that they're education influencer in Indonesia. The video is so inspiring me, and they brought it interesting and fun.
One thing that peoples can find and realize from the learning process is how to learn to deal with (any) problems through learning. I just want to give my opinion, if it's interesting, let's talk about it!
"Learn how to learn".
IMO
We can get our soft skills by ourselves if we understand "learn how to learn". Ability to analyze problems, time management and problem solving at the same time. In my opinion, if you've got it all, then you've managed to find a way to learn on your own with everything you're facing right now. Your mind will be open and your perspective will be wider when you encounter a problem.

Is organization important?
I think so, but.. It depends on what the purpose of joining the organization is, wanting to find a name, just joining, or really wanting to learn new things. In my opinion, what really matters is not what division you are in or what position you have, but how do you quickly adapt to it, know when, where, and how you put yourself there and live it responsibly.
Ok underline adapt
For those of you who are or have already joined the organization, I have to say that you are lucky. you have a good chance there.
But it doesn't have to be from the organization. Everyone has the same opportunity to learn it all. From where? Yes, like at the beginning of the story, how do we "learn how to learn". I'm sure that some of you will find some kind of "life hacks" or "stances" that consciously or unconsciously become your habits in handling things. Whether it's a small thing or a big thing, that's where you understand "learn how to learn".
Just my experiences
Well, after I worked with people, the things in the organization were useful. Or I can say it's very useful. Why? There are many things that can be applied there. For example scheduling, meeting discussions, budget calculations, or division of divisions along with the appropriate job descriptions that I didn't even learn when I was in college.
Maybe for people whose perspective is the same as mine, they also feel this way.
In my opinion, there are some important things that you can get during the learning process.
First, The way of thinking
source : dpi-europe.com |
Have you ever had this many tasks and what is their function for? Okay let say that is just for grading. But actually indirectly if we try to do it ourselves with our own efforts, that's where our logic will go to understand one by one the tasks given. It doesn't matter if you only understand one or two questions, the important point is that you learn to understand them with your own logic. boom..
Second, Problem analysis and problem solving
source : industryweek.com |
Indirectly, when you can understand a problem, you get this one. Analysis of the problem is not only about making reports, journals with chaotic methods, many ask for forgiveness. But it's more about how you find a solution to the problem or point of view of the problem you're facing. When you can handle your problems yourself in a way that you find yourself, you're in the next level right now. boom...
Third, Time management
source : enago.com |
If you already got the two previous things, it's just a matter of how you manage the time to complete them one by one. This one is a bit difficult or even difficult because I often get overwhelmed by myself. But in my opinion the important point is that at least you can solve one problem with the time you have set/planned beforehand and can do other things afterwards. I'm also very sure that not everyone can handle all the problems on time, but yes, at least some things can be resolved with the planned schedule. Another boom..
Fourth and the last one, Critical thinking
source : sokrates.id |
By definition, critical thinking is the ability to think clearly and rationally about what to do or what to believe. Critical thinking is a process in which you must make reasonable, logical, and well-thought-out judgments (sehatq.com).
The previous three things are part of critical thinking. Again, the important point is that at least you can think about one thing rationally with logic and be able to solve it yourself. 🔥🔥
Disclaimer : all of this is just my opinion 🙏
I hope these things will help you to gain your own energy and find your own way to understand the meaning of "learn how to learn".
See you and i hope you're well and always healthy !
