Like a cooking guide book, the title of the dish that we will cook is the goal of our lives, and the steps below are the priority scale that we must do. easy indeed, but not a few are confused when asked about their life goals. What is meant by self-awareness is how we know and understand who we really are, how far we can go, how far our body's capacity is and how far our inner limits can still be tolerated. And according to me, the important point that I think is fatal is when someone can't understand and see the extent of their limits. These limits were created by God so that we can learn and evaluate ourselves, not forcing our will and torturing ourselves. Most people often complain because the activities or work they do are too heavy which in the end makes them overwhelmed. This can happen because they may not know themselves more deeply.

It is important to be able to reject something that has the potential to cause trouble for yourself, especially if it turns out that our task has not been completed.
